Do not give up in order to achieve your aspirations
As a Christian, I still believe that there are good people in the world, although I have often been disappointed and discouraged.
Hospitalized for 3 years, my father could no longer provide for our family. My brother took over so that I could continue my studies. But after graduation, I had to learn to fend for myself, because my brother also has his own family to feed.
My dream is big: I plan to become a lawyer. In order to succeed in completing my studies, I look for odd jobs here and there. Sometimes I find work in construction sites. Before, I was asked to animate events. However, so far I have not been able to find something stable enough to help my family and continue my studies at the same time.
In addition to my financial problems, corruption contributes to prevent me from succeeding. The institutions are very “selective” in the treatment of applications. Thus, my chances are almost nil. But I am not discouraged. I am now studying law at the CNTMAD, and it is difficult for me to validate each year of study in addition to my work. It would really help me if someone in the field could accompany me in my courses and why not help me finance my studies. I am aware that my chances are less but I try to be the best to give myself the chances to go to the end of my course.
