Life can be beautiful in its own way
My name is Jeremia and I am 23 years old. I love playing ball and walking around my village to discover new opportunities.
My qualities? I am patient, friendly but above all very receptive to the advice I am given. However, I am shy and I don’t know how to express my emotions.
There are 6 of us at home: Dad, Mom, my sister, my 2 brothers and me.
My father is a cab driver and my mother is a kitchenware saleswoman. I am the only one in my family to have graduated from high school.
During my childhood, my parents instilled in me certain values such as respect and taking responsibility. As I grew up, I became self-sufficient by providing for my daily needs and helping with expenses at home.
Thus, I occasionally work for people as a car washer, handyman, courier and gardener.
But unfortunately this is not enough to finance my higher education. The tuition fees at the universities are beyond my means.
However, I am not giving up. Since the Coronavirus pandemic, I have put aside some savings to start my broiler farming project. Currently, I have managed to raise about 20 chickens.
My greatest wish is to become an entrepreneur. I would like to study management in order to acquire the necessary skills to manage my small business.
